Warm hotel staff, cute rooms, and good location. But if you're sensitive to noise, note that you can hear everything going on amongst your neighbors. Conversations, blowing their nose, etc, etc.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Hotel Duo in the Marais this weekend! The hotel is situated RIGHT at the Hotel de Ville metro station so it was very easily accessible after arriving from Gare de Lyon (3 metro stops away from the Hotel de Ville). We were right in the heart of the Marais, with all the boutiques, cafes and monuments within walking distance, including the Seine! The rooms were albeit tiny and the bed was a double, not a queen, which wasn't ideal, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were well appointed and the bathrooms had new fixtures. I probably wouldn't stay here more than the 4 nights we did due to the tiny room size but it was perfect for a weekend in which we were mostly out and about on the town. The reception area is bright and modern. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. We will likely stay here again simply because of the IDEAL location!

Perfect Le Marais Spot

This is a sweet little hotel right in the perfect location. Surrounded by vintage shopping, close to amazing food - the creperie and French Bastards patisserie, the brasserie across the street is perfect to sit in the sun, lots of shops and restaurants and sights to walk to within close range. Also seemed to be a very easy spot to get a quick Uber and the neighborhood was amazingly quiet in the mornings (except for garbage day but that’s normal). The design is cute, the staff was adorable and lovely. A couple weird things for Americans - no washcloths, you need to ask for a robe (but it’s a good robe!), the ironing set up is in the basement so no ironing wrinkled travel clothes in your room and definitely not as many outlets as we are used to. I could open my windows wide to let the sun in, the heat/AC worked great and I love a towel warmer. The blowdryer requires that you constantly hold a button down which was hard with my lame thumb. All in all, this hotel is a keeper and I will go back. Merci Hotel Duo!

Percent location very close to the metro station, restaurants and shops. Very nice room. Excellent cleaning service. I would choose this hotel again if I ll go back in Paris Everything was perfect and I had such a great time!!
